Networked urbanism projects were sited in Marylebone [picture: 3D studies of a media convergence laboratory based on digital projections by Bex Roberts]. Students developed a round robin of hand and digital techniques to build skills. From white paper models to sustainable details, students experimented generatively with seed-like components seeking unforeseen results. LaGess/McNamara taught CAD, Photoshop, and web tools as one toolset. Following the theory of media convergence, there will be no requirement for a television and a computer as information is concentrated in one delivery medium. |
