Southwark’s
social content (spirit) and its introverted, redundant, and regulatory web
structure (representation) begin to surface in the Hydra diagram. While
Southwark often has multiple links across all sections and levels of its
structure referencing back to pages with regeneration/brighter future/tourism
content, Westminster and Birmingham’s web spaces are more organized and
succinct. Even the notational text in the latter two sites (city government,
housing, education vs. your say, living, learning) seem less calibrated
and, in the end, more informative. These differences though all seem to
stem from Southwark’s aggressive stance to promote its regenerative efforts,
its livability, its city to all the users who visit its site. |
